For many forms of risk management or general insurance assignments, I will tailor the service to meet your needs. I can either be kept on retainer in a continuous consulting capacity or can perform a specific assignment in any of the areas listed below, depending on your requirements:  (Refer to TCIM Library for more information on some of the areas I deal in - Most areas other than life insurance).

Some of the types of service offered are:

  1. General insurance and risk management reviews.
  2. Review of insurance policies to determine their effectiveness and to identify shortfalls.
  3. Wording comparisons and commentaries. Creation of manuscripts. Interpretation of insurance policies.
  4. Analysis of business contracts for assumption or transfer of risk.
  5. Alternative Risk Financing and Captives.
  6. Reciprocal Insurance Exchanges - (Canada - except Quebec)
  7. Tender / RFP Process.  Where appropriate, a competitive bid process can be done.  This will normally follow the general insurance review. Sometimes arranging for conceptual proposals from competing brokers is appropriate.
